Campground Policies

All Guests must check-in. There is a self service kiosk by the office for a quick and easy check in! Check-in: 2:00PM Check-out: 11:00AM

If you are going to have visitors to your site, please check-in with the office. We are a small park, visitor vehicles must be parked at the front. PLEASE DO NOT USE VACANT ADJACENT SITES FOR VISITOR PARKING.
We welcome large gatherings and family reunions. Please contact the office for more information. We are happy to assist with the reservation process.

Full payment is required when making a reservation.
We understand plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation or reschedule.
There is a $10 cancellation fee that will be deducted from any refund owed at the time of cancellation.
Our refund policy is as follows:
More than 7 days notice - 100% refund
7 days - 1 day notice - 50% refund
Within 24 hours — no refund

Please respect your fellow campers during quiet time. Sugarbush Campground is perfect for relaxed evenings and peaceful mornings.

Sugarbush Campground has a spacious dog park available for your use. Please clean up after your pet.
Cats must be kept inside your RV at all times unless you have a caged-in kitty tent or enclosure that does not allow for escape.
Please do not leave your pet unattended or tied up while you are away from Sugarbush Campground. Please do not allow your dog to bark or otherwise disturb campground guests.
Please do not allow your pets into the restrooms.

A bear-resistant dumpster is on-site for all normal campsite trash. Please flatten or break-down any boxes or similar trash you will be putting in the dumpster. We must conserve dumpster space as much as possible because trash removal is a luxury in these beautiful mountains.

Firewood is available in the office for purchase. Please drown campfires before leaving your campsite or when finished with them. Please do not cross property lines to gather wood. We empty fire pits on a regular basis.

Please keep camp and RV sites clean. Store any and all edibles and drinkables in vehicles and/or certified bear-proof containers. Observe quiet hours and be courteous to your fellow campers.

Please do not block the flow of the stream by adding additional rocks or debris to the watercourse. Please do not rearrange rocks on the bank, and do not put anything into the stream that could be lost as it flows away to eventually join the river.
Children are not allowed to play in the stream.

A camp sink is located by the bath houses (May - September). Please do not leave any trash or food scraps in the sink, and please do not dispose of any trash or food scraps down the drain.
Sugarbush relies on a septic system that can be damaged by inappropriate debris, and these items can also attract bears and other wild animals. Please don't dispose of any trash or food scraps in the flowerbeds in the campground.

Sugarbush utilizes a water well, and we must conserve this precious resource wherever possible.

Wi-Fi is available in the campground and requires the password, which you will receive when checking in. We are as technologically advanced as our location allows, and up here in the mountains, we also conserve bandwidth. To ensure that all of our guests have access, we ask that you do not stream videos. You can text, email, or surf the web, but we remind you that being outside and experiencing the surrounding area, and all that it has to offer, is usually way more fun!

Cell phone service is spotty at best in Sugarbush Campground. There is typically a weak AT&T signal. Please note that Wi-Fi calling and texting works well on our wireless network.

Sugarbush Campground is not responsible for damages caused by accident, vandalism, or acts of God. Sugarbush Campground is not responsible for any vehicular collisions or damage. All guests are encouraged to take all precautions to secure their belongings. Sugarbush Campground is not responsible for accidents or injuries. If two reasonable complaints are lodged with Sugarbush Campground, then we have the right to ask the site occupants to leave without any refund. Sugarbush has the right to refuse service to anyone.
